New York, NY · Producer
I produce comedy, film, and live shows. Mostly that means making sure the right people, paperwork, and equipment are in the right room before the lights go up.
I'm a recent NYU Tisch Film & Television graduate working in production and coordination. As Executive Producer of Friends With Dads, NYU's variety comedy show, I produced 17 full-length shows at venues across Manhattan, including the Magnet Theater and the People's Improv Theater's SketchFest, with work selected by the Upright Citizens Brigade for opening previews. I also originated and moderated an industry panel on early comedy careers with SNL writing and performing talent.
Since then I've bought talent for a comedy stage, coordinated transport on a Hallmark location shoot, and built research and development tools at a film finance company. I also design and procure key art for live shows and screen work, from posters to social assets. The films I've produced have won awards at festivals around New York.
Research and book comedy talent across regional and national markets. Coordinate contract negotiations between producers and talent, and manage the stage during festival runs.
Primary point of contact between first unit and transportation on an active location shoot. Kept vehicles, equipment, and talent moving on schedule.
Built a production database covering hundreds of films, and turned daily trade news into a company-wide newsletter.
Ran NYU's variety comedy show: 17 full-length shows, $10,000+ in ticket sales, photography workflows from hire to delivery, and work selected by the Upright Citizens Brigade for opening previews.
